Refund / Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with MR.WooFY.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

If a return is requested within 14 days of delivery, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. If the return is requested after 14 days but within 30 days, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unworn  
• In the same condition that you received them  
• With tags attached  
• In the original packaging  
• Accompanied by proof of purchase  

Due to hygiene reasons related to pet products, items that have been worn by a dog or show signs of use cannot be returned.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If free shipping was provided, the original shipping cost we paid to ship your order may be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was sent. In these cases, MR.WooFY will cover the return shipping cost.

Return labels are not provided unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error.

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For defective or damaged items, we may ask you to provide photos of the item before approving the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used pet products  
• Items that are not in resalable condition  
• Sale items  
• Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, the fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
