Shipping policy

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, please expect delays with your shipment(s). Estimation delays can vary between 2 to 12 business days.

 

SHIPPING

Canada Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over on $70 CAD (post discount, before tax).

Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout screen using real-time rate options based on weight, dimensions, distance, etc and estimated to take 2-7 business days depending on your distance from Ontario (it may be delayed now due to COVID-19).

We will contact you if there is any delay with your order. An order confirmation will be sent to you by email once your order is received. 

 

US Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $80 USD (post-discount).
Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout screen using real-time rate options based on weight, dimensions, distance, etc and shipping is through Canada Post and estimated to take 2-9 business days depending on your distance from Ontario (it may be delayed now due to COVID-19).

We do not charge sales taxes on orders shipping to the US. US orders should also be duty free, but in rare cases you are charged duty. For detailed information regarding customs, please consult U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

When will my order ship?

For the dog accessories, we do our best to process all orders within 2 -5 business days pending availability and credit verification. 


Which carrier do you use?

For orders going to Canada or the US, we are currently using Canada Post.

We ship everything by Canada Post when your order ships from our fulfilment centre in Canada going to international destinations. The carrier might be different if your order ships out from our fulfilment center in the US.

If you are ordering from outside of Canada, your package will be transferred to your country’s local carrier service. For example, our packages are transferred to USPS once they cross over to the US.


How long does it take to receive my package?

Shipping to the US or Canada takes between 5-10 business days to arrive to destination. Shipping carriers are currently experiencing global delays due to the pandemic and volume during the pandemic. These shipping estimates may vary.

Please note that these are just estimated delivery standards and your package may arrive sooner or later.

We highly recommend choosing shipping with tracking to ensure you know where your package is at all times! If there are any issues with delivery, only packages with tracking may be investigated. We will be unable to know where your package is without tracking, or why it is late. Shipping with tracking is also faster!


How much duty will I have to pay?

We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges.



What are the accepted methods of payment?

We accept payments by credit card, PayPal.



What currency is the site in?

By default, all our items are listed and charged in CAD



Can I cancel my order?

We cannot make any changes to your order once it is submitted.

 


Shipping Terms and Conditions

 

We, MR.WooFY&Co, are not liable or responsible for any lost or damaged goods once they have been shipped or in an event which is out of our control (within reason), this may include but not limited to, courier delays due to the pandemic, weather, etc.


It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address has been provided upon check out as we are unable to change the address once the order has been processed. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund if we are provided with an incorrect delivery address. It is also the customer's responsibility for any additional fees such as duty taxes, import or custom fees.
